The Matt the Butcher meat subscription service is for anyone looking to get some more high quality, local meats into their lives each month! Whether you're interested in sausages, charcuterie, raw cuts, or want a little bit of everything, we've got a subscription box for you.

Here’s how it works: 

  • Choose your subscription box below. Orders should be placed by the 20th of each month to receive your subscription box the following month. (Ex: Place your order by July 20th, to receive the August box)

  • Once you subscribe, you’ll get a confirmation email, and you’ll be automatically billed on the same date each month, and your subscription will automatically renew unless you suspend or cancel it. If you need to suspend for any reason, or have any questions about your subscription, please let us know via email at

  • Here’s when the deliveries will happen for the next few months. Check back here for a delivery forecast, which will be updated every three months.

    • April Box: April 2 or 3

    • May Box: April 30 or May 1

    • June Box: June 4 or 5

  • We’ll contact you a few days before your delivery to notify you that the order will be dropped off, and include a delivery time window. The meat will be dropped off in an insulated bag, but if you don’t plan to be home when the delivery is made, we recommend leaving a cooler outside that we can place the order in to make sure it stays nice and cold. If you live in an apartment building, please let us know what the best way is to get the order to you. 

  • If you’d like to pick up your order instead, this can be done at Vignola Gourmet on the Saturdays noted above, or anytime the week after the boxes are ready from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. Just let us know at checkout or via email.

    • $15 worth of rotating cuts (cured or raw)
  • The Couples Box

    Every month
    • 2 lbs of Matt the Bucher sausage
    • 1-3 lbs of raw cuts
    • 1-3 lbs of charcuterie
    • 1 frozen dinner from Vignola Gourmet
  • The Family Box

    Every month
    • 2 lbs of Matt the Butcher sausage
    • 1 lb of bacon
    • 1-2 lbs of charcuterie
    • 2 lbs of raw cuts
    • 2 ribeyes (14 oz each)
    • 2 frozen dinners from Vignola Gourmet
