Father's Day Charcuterie Board
Celebrate this Father's Day with a 12" charcuterie platter made by yours truly, Matt the Butcher. Each platter serves 3-4 people, and includes Hot Cappicola, Spicy Salami Cotto, Lemon Pepper Salami Cotto, Country Pate, Vignola Gourmet Fresh Mozz, Monchego, Aged Cheddar, Dijon Mustard, Peppadews, Cornichons, and slides of Baguette.
